From small residential buildings with three or more units to large apartment complexes and high-rise towers, we offer solutions that reduce operating and maintenance costs, improve tenant retention and appeal, enhance resident comfort and safety, and increase property values.

Complete your questionnaire. While completion of this questionnaire is not required, it is helpful in assisting your properties needs, highlighting the best path for achieving energy savings. Email your completed questionnaire and fill out the form to your right or call 1.888.263.7372 and an Energy Advisor will help determine your facility's eligibility.
Start your project. Once you agree with the project and program recommendations, your Energy Advisor will help you move forward with an action plan.
Save your Energy. Contractor(s) will complete your project, verify your energy savings, and help you get paid.
*For income eligible customers, up to 10-year financing may be available.

- Multifamily property with three or more units ranging from garden and mid-rise complexes to mixed-use high-rise buildings.
- For Direct Install Program, work must be performed by an ETG Participating Contractor.
Prescriptive and Custom
Incentives are increased by 30% for projects located in or serving low to moderate income areas and populations.

Direct Install
Customers must be an active ETG account holder with a non-residential rate code in order to participate. The program is divided into three eligibility tiers. Eligibility requirements by tier are provided in the table below.
