Building Tune-Up
Elizabethtown Gas (ETG) offers incentives for boiler or furnace tune-ups, making preventive maintenance even more affordable. Regular tune‑ups help your furnace or boiler run more efficiently, lower fuel usage, and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns. They’re especially important for older equipment, which often loses efficiency over time due to wear, dirt buildup, or improper calibration.
Boiler and Furnace Tune-Up Incentives

Get Started
Customers are encouraged to submit applications and required supporting documentation through the online portal. Utilizing this method will expedite the application process.
The tune-up must be performed on existing equipment only.
Equipment is eligible every three years.
The incentive cannot exceed tune-up cost.
The final incentive is subject to review and approval based on submitted documentation.
Invoice with separate material and labor costs, including model and serial numbers and unit quantities
Photos of equipment nameplates showing manufacturer, model, and serial numbers
For boilers, pre- and post- combustion analysis results at low, medium, and high fire that show performance gains.
